3. Approximate Head Count (Adults & Kids above 5 years)

4. Headcount by Veg & Non-veg (if applicable)

5. Number of Chafing Dishes* (including serving spoons and burners) - $10/piece

6. Food Tray Warmer/Container Boxes

7. Delivery / Pick up (Note: Delivery charges are based purely on resource availability, distance, date&time, etc but are not guaranteed)

Notes: 

1. We prefer 1 week's advance notice for the catering confirmation

2. 50% Advance - Upon confirmation of the menu

3. Remaining Payment - 1 day prior to the event

4. All Payments are Cash / Check only (Except for Corporate Events)

5. Return the Chafing Dishes / Warmer Boxes etc by the customer only (Preferably within a day or two)
